- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, shredded carrots, red cabbage, cucumber, bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey (or maple syrup), grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour to let the flavors meld.
