Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are a delicious and flavorful grilled dish featuring marinated chicken cubes served with a spicy Bang Bang sauce.

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if using wooden skewers)
- For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Once the chicken skewers are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the skewers drizzled with the Bang Bang sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the olive oil and spices for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- You can substitute the chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different protein option. Adjust cooking times accordingly.
