Ingredients

- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, corn, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the ranch dressing and BBQ sauce until well combined.
- Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta salad and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give the salad a good stir and garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.

- For a healthier option, substitute whole wheat pasta and Greek yogurt for the ranch dressing.
