A refreshing and fizzy drink made with cherries and lime, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pitted cherries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (approximately 6–8 limes)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups chilled sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges and cherries for decoration
Instructions
- Place the pitted cherries, lime juice, and sugar into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture through a fine sieve into a large bowl or pitcher to eliminate any pulp.
- Gradually stir in the chilled sparkling water, mixing gently to combine.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if needed.
- Chill the cherry lime fizz in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cherry lime fizz over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with lime wedges and a few whole cherries.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, adjust the sugar to taste.
- This drink can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
