- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the shredded chicken with the mashed avocado and ranch dressing until smooth. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- On a flat surface, spread out the flour tortillas.
- Spoon the chicken and avocado mixture onto the center of each tortilla, ensuring an even distribution.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped lettuce, and diced tomato over the chicken mixture.
- Carefully fold the top and bottom edges of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from one side to the other to encase the filling.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy.
- Take the wraps out of the skillet and allow them to cool slightly before cutting them in half for serving.
Notes
- For an extra flavor boost, consider adding diced jalapeños or a drizzle of your favorite hot sauce to the filling.
