- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- ¼ cup Caesar dressing

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the bottom halves of the croissants.
- Place the top halves of the croissants on the sandwiches.
- Arrange the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the croissants are warm and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with additional Caesar dressing if desired, and serve immediately.
