- 2 cups grilled chicken, sliced
- 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the grilled chicken and chipotle ranch dressing.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Layer the rice, black beans, corn, cheese, tomatoes, and cilantro on each tortilla.
- Add the chipotle ranch chicken mixture on top of the layered ingredients.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly to form a burrito.
- Serve immediately or grill the burrito for a crispy finish.
