Description

Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt Bites are a must-try treat that combines the creaminess of Greek yogurt with the deliciousness of cookie dough flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the rolled oats, mini chocolate chips, and salt to the yogurt mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and roll it into small balls. Place the bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Once all the dough is shaped, place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up the bites.
  5. After chilling, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to one week or in the freezer for longer storage.

Notes

  • For a nut-free version, substitute almond butter with sunflower seed butter.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or a tablespoon of cocoa powder for a different flavor profile.
