- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk while continuing to mix until fully combined and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until well incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set completely.
