Instructions
- Begin by boiling the fusilli pasta in a large pot of salted water until it reaches a firm al dente texture. Once cooked, drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta with the chopped kale, quartered grape tomatoes, and shredded Pecorino Romano cheese.
