Description

A delicious and creamy smoothie made with ripe bananas and peanut butter, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, almond milk, peanut butter, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Add the ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is frothy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder before blending.
  • You can also substitute the almond milk with coconut milk for a tropical twist.
