- 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, almond milk, peanut butter, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is frothy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder before blending.
- You can also substitute the almond milk with coconut milk for a tropical twist.
