- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for grilling)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Top the chicken mixture with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll from the bottom up to form a wrap.
- (Optional) Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a healthier option, substitute the flour tortillas with whole wheat or spinach tortillas.
- You can also add sliced avocado or jalapeños for an extra kick.
- If you prefer a vegetarian version, replace the chicken and bacon with grilled vegetables or chickpeas.
