A delicious and healthy Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad recipe that combines grilled chicken, fresh romaine lettuce, and a creamy Caesar dressing.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts and place them on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss until evenly coated.
- Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the salad. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and croutons.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use grilled shrimp or tofu instead of chicken.
- Add sliced avocado or hard-boiled eggs for extra creaminess and protein.
