- 2 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lightly grease the waffle maker with cooking spray or oil.
- Spoon about 1/2 cup of the hashbrown mixture into the center of the preheated waffle maker. Close the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the chaffle and repeat with the remaining mixture, greasing the waffle maker as needed.
- Serve warm, topped with your favorite toppings like sour cream, chives, or avocado.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or chopped jalapeños to the mixture.
