Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- If desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes before serving for an added kick.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
- You can also substitute the Parmesan cheese with a dairy-free alternative for a vegan option.
