  • 1 packet taco seasoning (about 1 ounce)
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • Toppings: chopped cilantro, diced avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the crock pot. Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
