A hearty and easy-to-make dish featuring kielbasa and green beans cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large crockpot, combine the sliced kielbasa, green beans, diced onion, and minced garlic.
- In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using). Sprinkle this seasoning mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Pour the chicken broth and olive oil over the mixture in the crockpot. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the green beans are tender and the flavors have melded.
- Serve warm, and enjoy your hearty meal!

- For a heartier meal, add diced potatoes or carrots to the crockpot.
- Try substituting turkey kielbasa for a leaner option or use smoked sausage for a different flavor profile.
