Description

Golden Graham S’mores Treats are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with the crunch of Golden Grahams cereal.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until combined.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows to the saucepan and stir continuously until they are completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and gently fold in the Golden Grahams cereal and milk chocolate chips until evenly coated.
  4. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter. Pour the mixture into the dish and press it down evenly with a spatula or your hands.
  5. Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until set. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For a twist, try adding 1/2 cup of peanut butter to the melted marshmallow mixture for a nutty flavor.
  • You can also substitute the milk chocolate chips with dark chocolate or white chocolate for a different taste.
