Golden Graham S’mores Treats are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with the crunch of Golden Grahams cereal.

- 3 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until combined.
- Add the mini marshmallows to the saucepan and stir continuously until they are completely melted and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and gently fold in the Golden Grahams cereal and milk chocolate chips until evenly coated.
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter. Pour the mixture into the dish and press it down evenly with a spatula or your hands.
- Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until set. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a twist, try adding 1/2 cup of peanut butter to the melted marshmallow mixture for a nutty flavor.
- You can also substitute the milk chocolate chips with dark chocolate or white chocolate for a different taste.
