Description
Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps are a delicious and fun twist on traditional cheeseburgers, wrapped in a tortilla and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Cooking spray or olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the cooked beef mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
- Top the beef with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the toppings.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Place the wraps seam-side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
- For a healthier option, substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef.
- Add your favorite toppings like avocado, jalapeños, or sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
