Description

Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps are a delicious and fun twist on traditional cheeseburgers, wrapped in a tortilla and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the cooked beef mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
  4. Top the beef with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the toppings.
  5. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
  6. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or olive oil.
  7. Place the wraps seam-side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef.
  • Add your favorite toppings like avocado, jalapeños, or sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
