- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, if desired, for easier grilling.
- Grill the chicken bites for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the creamy garlic sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the chicken is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the grilled chicken bites with the creamy garlic sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the olive oil and spices for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- You can also substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream in the sauce for a tangy twist.
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the chicken seasoning.
