Description
A quick and tasty recipe for Honey Butter Garlic Glazed Salmon Bites, perfect for a delicious meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Stir in the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Add the salmon pieces to the skillet, gently tossing to coat them in the honey garlic sauce. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce while cooking.
- Substitute the salmon with shrimp or chicken for a different protein option.
