Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Add the lemon juice and fold gently to combine.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, top with fresh fruit or drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
Notes
- For a flavored cheesecake, add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder for chocolate cheesecake or 1/2 cup of fruit puree for a fruity twist.
- If you prefer a firmer cheesecake, increase the chilling time to overnight for best results.
