A delicious and easy No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake that is perfect for any occasion.

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 8 Oreo cookies, halved (for topping)
- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs (for crust)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and spread it evenly.
- Top with halved Oreo cookies.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- To serve, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try adding a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture.
- You can substitute the Oreo cookies with any chocolate sandwich cookies you prefer for a different taste.
