Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed Oreos and mix until well combined and smooth. You can use a hand mixer or mix by hand with a spatula. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
