- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

- 1/2 cup pesto sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion.
- Add the pesto sauce and mix until all the ingredients are well coated.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
