Instructions

  1. Start by placing the quartered strawberries in a mixing bowl and gently mash them with a fork to release their juices.
  2. In a separate pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey or agave syrup, stirring until the sweetener is completely dissolved.
  3. Add the mashed strawberries to the pitcher, mixing well to incorporate the flavors.
