- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
