Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup of lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the spicy mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  5. Layer the lettuce, tomato slices, bacon, and avocado on one slice of bread.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
