- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 cup of lettuce
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the spicy mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- Layer the lettuce, tomato slices, bacon, and avocado on one slice of bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
