A delicious and healthy Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich that combines the flavors of turkey, bacon, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 4 ounces sliced turkey breast
- 2 slices cooked turkey bacon
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Begin by toasting the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together until well combined.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- Layer the sliced turkey breast on one slice of bread, followed by the cooked turkey bacon.
- Add the sliced avocado, fresh spinach leaves, and tomato slices on top of the turkey bacon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down, to complete the sandwich.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For added flavor, try adding sliced jalapeños or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon or a plant-based bacon alternative for different flavor profiles.
