- 2 slices tomato
Instructions
- Begin by toasting the whole grain bread until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix the mashed avocado with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the avocado mixture evenly on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- Layer the sliced turkey breast on one slice of bread, followed by the cooked bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices.
- Top with the second slice of bread, avocado side down, to complete the sandwich.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
