- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 3 ounces of sliced turkey breast
- 2 slices of crispy bacon
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup of lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the whole wheat bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- On one slice of bread, layer the turkey breast, followed by the crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, avocado slices, tomato slices, and lettuce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Cut the sandwich in half diagonally and secure each half with a toothpick if desired.
- Serve immediately with your choice of chips or a pickle on the side.

- For a healthier option, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
