Description

Delicious turkey sliders topped with a creamy avocado sauce, perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a casual meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, then form into 12 small patties.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. While the patties are cooking, prepare the avocado sauce. In a small bowl, mash the avocado and mix in the Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Once the patties are done, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a turkey patty on each slider bun, topping with shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, and a generous dollop of avocado sauce.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, mix in some chopped fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley into the turkey mixture.
  • Swap out the slider buns for lettuce wraps for a low-carb option, or use whole grain buns for a healthier alternative.
