  • 2-3 tablespoons milk or almond/oat milk

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together melted butter, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, light brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and chai spices.
  4. Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. Mix powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk to create the glaze. Adjust thickness as needed.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread and allow it to set before slicing.
