  • 1 pkg Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix Can substitute with regular biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted, can use olive oil as lighter option

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed green beans, condensed cheddar soup, and milk. Stir in minced onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently fold in shredded cheddar and parmesan cheese.
  4. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and spread the green bean mixture evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together biscuit mix, seasoning packet, cheddar, and milk until smooth.
  6. Pour the biscuit batter over the green bean mixture, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 50–55 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
  8. Mix melted butter with Cheddar Bay seasoning and brush over the baked casserole.
  9. Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
