Preparation Steps
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine raspberries, sugar, and water. Simmer for about 10 minutes until syrupy. Remove from heat and cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into the cooled raspberry syrup, then arrange them in a square dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone filling over the ladyfingers, then sprinkle with grated white chocolate.
- Repeat the layers with another batch of dipped ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone filling.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
