- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped onion, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into an oval loaf. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
