  • 12 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 tub 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup crushed cookies e.g., Oreos
  • 1 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1 cup sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with a layer of ice cream sandwiches.
  2. Spread half of the whipped topping over the ice cream sandwiches.
  3. Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup over the whipped topping.
  4. Sprinkle half of the crushed cookies and nuts over the chocolate syrup.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Top with sprinkles if desired.
  7. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
