  • 9-12 pieces Peanut Butter Cups Regular size
  • 0.67 cup Chocolate Chips Dark or semi-sweet recommended
  • 7 ounces Marshmallow Crème Can substitute with fluff

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8 x 11 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter and 1 cup packed brown sugar for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add 1 large egg, 1/3 cup peanut butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix in 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour and fold in 2/3 cup chocolate chips.
  5. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the baking pan to form a base.
  6. Layer 9-12 peanut butter cups over the dough and spread 7 ounces of marshmallow crème on top.
  7. Pinch off and distribute the remaining dough over the marshmallow layer.
  8. Bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown, then cool in the pan for 1 hour.
  9. Remove from the pan using the parchment paper and slice into squares after cooling completely.
