- Cut 18 squares of parchment paper, each measuring 4" x 4".
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, whole milk, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, stir in bread flour until smooth. Mix for 2-3 minutes until it forms a cohesive ball.
- Transfer dough to a stand mixer and beat on medium speed until cooled slightly, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until the dough is smooth and elastic.
