  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Or fresh minced garlic.
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning Essential for flavor.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Sharp cheddar or mozzarella.
For Finishing
  • 1 large Egg For egg wash; milk can be an alternative.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by prepping your ingredients: chop the shrimp, slice the green onions, and drain canned crab meat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped shrimp, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and shredded cheese. Blend until well combined.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Roll out the crescent dough on a clean surface, pinching the perforations. Place a spoonful of filling at the wider end of the crescent dough and roll it up, tucking in the sides.
  5. Whisk the egg for egg wash and coat the tops of each bomb.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before serving.
