Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, gochugaru, gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. In a wide, shallow pot, layer your proteins—spam, sausage, and tofu—followed by rice cakes, sliced onion, enoki mushrooms, and kimchi.
  3. Pour the prepared sauce over the arranged ingredients, ensuring an even coating. Add chicken broth until everything is submerged.
  4. Once the stew comes to a rolling boil, stir in the ramen noodles and crumble cheese on top. Cover and reduce heat, letting everything cook for about 5–7 minutes.
  5. After the noodles have cooked through, take the pot off the heat and sprinkle sliced green onions on top. Serve immediately.
