Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing for about 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Increase the heat and add your choice of ground meat. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning with the tomato sauce. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the meat mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Place filled taco shells in a greased baking dish. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Add your favorite toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and sour cream or guacamole.
