Preparation
  1. Season the bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs with Lawry's seasoning salt, garlic powder, paprika, Sazon, and cracked black pepper. Let rest.
  2. Coat the chicken evenly with all-purpose flour in a shallow dish.
  3. In an oven-safe pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for about 5 minutes on each side until crispy.
  4. Reduce heat, add butter, and sauté onions, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes until onions are translucent.
  5. Gradually whisk in chicken stock and bring to a simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Whisk in heavy cream until smooth and warm.
  7. Return the seared chicken to the pan and nestle it in the gravy.
  8. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 45 minutes.
  9. Serve warm, spooning gravy over the chicken.
