Preparation
- Season the bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs with Lawry's seasoning salt, garlic powder, paprika, Sazon, and cracked black pepper. Let rest.
- Coat the chicken evenly with all-purpose flour in a shallow dish.
- In an oven-safe pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for about 5 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Reduce heat, add butter, and sauté onions, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes until onions are translucent.
- Gradually whisk in chicken stock and bring to a simmer until slightly thickened.
- Whisk in heavy cream until smooth and warm.
- Return the seared chicken to the pan and nestle it in the gravy.
- Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 45 minutes.
- Serve warm, spooning gravy over the chicken.

Notes
Allow seasoned chicken thighs to rest before cooking for enhanced flavor. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F for safety.
