Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 3 ounces sliced turkey breast
  • 2 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1 leaf romaine lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Toast the whole wheat bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  3. On one slice of bread, layer the turkey breast, followed by the bacon, cheddar cheese, tomato slices, avocado, and romaine lettuce.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  6. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally and serve immediately.
