- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Combine 2 cups of almond flour, ½ cup of monk fruit sweetener, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon of salt in a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, cream together ½ cup of softened unsalted butter with 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
