Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather all ingredients.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add diced zucchini and bell peppers, cooking for 5-7 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. In a bowl, combine sautéed vegetables with cream cheese and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Mix ground beef with the creamy vegetable mixture, form into patties, about ½ inch thick.
  6. Grease a baking dish and arrange beef patties, pouring remaining vegetable mixture on top.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over patties and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
