Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the feta cheese dry and cut it into 12 equal cubes.
  3. Cut phyllo pastry sheets into 4-6 equally wide strips and brush each with olive oil.
  4. Place one cube of feta at one end of a phyllo strip and roll it up. Secure with a toothpick.
  5. Arrange the wrapped bites on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drizzle honey over the warm bites and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
  8. Remove toothpicks and serve warm or at room temperature.
