Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
Thread the chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
While the chicken is grilling, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
Once the chicken skewers are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
Serve the skewers drizzled with the Bang Bang sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
