  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the sauce mixture generously over the salmon, reserving some for serving.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle with any remaining sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
  6. Serve immediately with your choice of sides, such as rice or steamed vegetables.
