- Prepare a 9x9-inch pan with non-stick spray and line it with foil or parchment paper.
- Melt 1 cup of butter over medium heat, stirring until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Add 8 cups of mini marshmallows and 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt to the browned butter; stir until melted and smooth.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, then pour this warm mixture over 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal and mix.
- Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan, then spread 1/2 can of dulce de leche on top before adding the remaining mixture.
- Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting.
